The production process of instant coffee starts from the field and the coffee tree. Mature coffee beans are harvested by hand and taken for their first processing which is washing and drying.
Green coffee is taken to the factory and roasted to the desired degree to release all its fine aromas.
Different varieties of roasted coffee are blended to create the blend that best meets the taste requirements of each market.
The final blend is ground and combined with hot water to create a huge cup of coffee. The resulting blend is filtered through multiple filters to remove all insoluble particles. Using heat, the moisture is removed.
In the final stage, the concentrated coffee is swirled with hot air and the thick liquid is turned into dust.
